Titik Komunika Utama was established in 2005 and in May 2007 this company decided to sale half part of its share to Indomedia Group and focusing their business in Strategic Marketing Communication and Above The Line Activities. Within a couple of years this company had grown and had born two new business units that called PT. Budaya Indonesia Utama and PT. Usaha Lima Orang.
